In order to present the newsletter in its complete form, each page was scanned, cleaned up, then any missing text typed in using a similar font to the original typewriter that Chrissie used.

The edited pages were then printed, scanned again and saved as the jpeg file you can see below

The end result is fairly good, all things considered, however... if anyone out there does have a complete original copy of issue # 4, we're always looking to upload better versions.
